This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a welcoming bar area, and luggage storage. On my first stay, the staff helped return sim cards I left behind. Luisa and Stefano are fabulous! Highly recommend it, and I'm coming back next year!

The hotel charges a high price point, and the shower space is ridiculously small!!! Additionally, the road accessibility could be improved for non-drivers!!!

The only hiccup was getting a taxi instead of a bus to climb up the hill to Scala. but honestly, who cares when you’re in paradise? Just plan ahead for a smooth ride.

The shower needed some updating, and the drainage was slow. It’s a minor issue, but it detracted slightly from the overall comfort. The dining options for dinner could use some improvement as well. One of the dishes I tried lacked flavor and didn't match the quality of the breakfast. Overall, the hotel maintained a charming ambiance and excellent service, making it hard to ignore the negatives. I'd still recommend it for anyone wanting a quiet retreat in a stunning location.
